At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your loungewear or pajamas aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
